I love the art style, designs and the casual violence but everything else was meh. The story was aimless and something about the big-name VAs doesn't sit right with me.

The animation is too slow and there wasn't much for the shape shifting. Next time you'll want to try with a coherent shape instead of a blob for each form.
You also might want to start with learning the 4th principle of animation, pose to pose. It's when you plan the beginning and finishing pose ahead of time and work in between.
Also use shorter timing in each frame or increase the framerate.
